the importance of vinyl soffit

Preventing moisture buildup

Without soffit, condensation can cause moisture buildup behind the exterior surfaces of your home. Vented vinyl soffit provides a way for that moisture to escape.

The left side of the home in this illustration shows how moisture can become trapped, leading to ice buildup and possibly mildew, rotting and damaged roof components.

The right side shows how soffit enables proper ventilation, avoiding damage to the home’s interior and exterior.

Provia's vinyl soffit types

Features & options

ProVia’s vinyl siding offers four types of fully vented vinyl soffit that protect your home and complement your home’s exterior. Like our vinyl siding, these products are available in a variety of color options, are produced with the same high-quality polymer materials as our vinyl siding, and include a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
COLOR ON VARIOUS DEVICES: Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the web is imprecise. Due to variations in monitors and browsers, the color of ProVia product images may appear different than the actual product. Every effort has been made to display colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact representation. Please request a sample before placing an order.
