ProVia® Announces Retirement and Executive Appointments

SUGARCREEK, Ohio, January 31, 2013 – ProVia today announced several executive transitions effective February 1, 2013. ProVia congratulates Ed Mullet on his retirement, and welcomes a new group of proven performers to its Corporate Leadership Team.

ProVia Congratulates Ed Mullet Upon Retirement

After 16 years of distinguished service with ProVia, the company congratulates Ed Mullet on his retirement from the full-time position of Vice President of Operations. Ed will continue in a part-time capacity over the next year, spearheading ongoing expansion activities that are part of the company’s master facility plan. Ed’s accomplishments with ProVia are significant, and include leading continuous innovation for production processes and playing a key role in expansion initiatives. Promotions to ProVia’s Corporate Leadership Team

Keith Yutzy is promoted to Vice President of Operations. In this role Keith is responsible for leading the manufacturing, engineering, and field service activities at the Walnut Creek, Sugarcreek and Baltic locations. Keith has been with ProVia for 13 years and previously served as Plant Manager at the Sugarcreek facility.

Craig Mullet is promoted to Vice President of Corporate Care. In this role Craig is responsible for the direction of employee development, corporate philanthropy, ProVia Cares initiatives and employee events. Craig has been with ProVia for 20 years and previously served as Special Projects Coordinator.

Brent Mullet is promoted to Vice President of Information Technologies. In this role Brent is responsible for leading the corporate IT team and initiatives. Brent has served as Corporate IT Director for the past 20 years and has led the creation and development of ProVia’s information technology and systems.

Freddie Miller is promoted to Vice President of Supply Chain. In this newly created role Freddie is responsible for leading purchasing and distribution activities for doors and windows, as well as serving in an advisory role for these functions for siding and stone. Freddie has been with ProVia for 15 years and was previously Director of Purchasing.
