PROPERTY RELEASE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For valuable consideration, the undersigned, being the legal owner of, or having full legal rights or authorization to permit commercial use of imagery of property located at address identified in the Property Release Form, hereby grant ProVia the irrevocable right and permission in connection with any imagery they have taken of said property, or in which said property may be included with others, the following: (a) the right to use, reuse, publish and assign, in any manner at all, said imagery, in whole or in part, modified or altered, either by themselves or in conjunction with other imagery, in any medium or form of distribution, and for any purposes whatsoever, including without limitation, all promotional and advertising uses, non-commercial or commercial display, broadcast, exhibition of the final production, and other trade purposes if ProVia so desires; and (b) the right to copyright said imagery in ProVia’s own name or in any other name that ProVia may select. We will not disclose information you submit (e.g. name, address) in our marketing materials without seeking additional consent.
I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product or copy, including any use thereof. I agree that the imagery and reproductions thereof shall constitute ProVia’s sole property, and that ProVia has the full right to dispose of any or all of them in any manner whatsoever.
I give ProVia permission to contact me if follow-up information is needed, or to ask for permission to do a professional photoshoot at my property.
I hereby forever release and discharge ProVia and their respective representatives, employees, affiliates, and assignees from any and all claims, actions and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said imagery, including, but not limited to, any and all claims for invasion of privacy and libel.
