The edges and face of our doors are one continuous piece of steel. ProVia joins the front and sides with a Tab-and-Slot all-steel edge design to virtually eliminate bowing and warping.

5-Step Finishing System Ensures Long-Lasting Beauty
Our coating processes ensure a durable and attractive finish that is warranted against flaking, checking, blistering or peeling for 10 years from date of installation.
Steel doors are A40 hot-dipped in galvannealed steel (300% more coating thickness than 40Z full electrolytic zinc coated steel) to resist rust inside and out.
A 2-part urethane, catalyst-hardened base coat (prime paint) is applied by a robotic reciprocating paint system.
Base coat is oven-cured for lasting durability.
The door is then coated with a 2-part urethane, catalyst-hardened finish coat of paint.
The door is oven-cured a second time, creating a long-lasting, durable finish.
