For products that are installed in a Coastal Region, the time periods stated in this warranty shall be limited as follows: Frame Components—5 Year; InVent Screens—5 Year; Schlage®, Emtek® & Trilennium® Hardware, Kick Plates, Door Knockers, Door Knocker Viewers, Peepsites, Door Closers, Decorative Long Trim Handles & Push/Pull Plates—5 Year Finish.
