      CERTIFICATION

      WHAT IS THE COST?

Go to your entryLINK homepage under "Installation Training". Select your location. Under "Start a New Request" you will find pricing and information about what is included.

If you are a Portal Customer please contact your dealer or distributor for this information.

HOW LONG DOES MY CERTIFICATION LAST?

Installer Certification will expire on the 3-year anniversary date of the customer's original ICP class. At that time, they may recertify for another 2-years by taking an online Recertification Exam.

Once that 2-years expires (ie, 5-years after the installer originally took the class), participation in an Installer Certification Class will be required to renew their certification.

      HOW DO I RECERTIFY?

ProVia will send a letter to the customer 60-days prior to their certification expiration, along with instructions for taking the free online Recertification Exam.

The exam is located on the customer’s entryLINK homepage under “Installation Training” and will only appear 60 days prior to their expiration.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE RECERTIFICATION EXAM?

The exam takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and a minimum 70% passing grade is required to be recertified. This recertification extends your 3-year certification an additional 2-years.

If a minimum 70% exam score is not achieved, the individual’s ICP status will be removed until that person completes the in-class program.

Only the original attendee may complete this exam.
